6. Information Fairs several times a year at Nellis AFB
7. Information Fairs several times a year at Creech AFB
8. Scholarships for local JROTC
9. Award American Legion Medals at 4 High School JROTCs and at 16 Middle & H.S
10. Informative/Social General Meetings once a month
11. Support Wreaths Across America Program
12. Provide aid and assistance to veterans throughout Southern Nevada
13. Work with other Veteran groups in similar projects
14. Active participants in Catholic Charities Veteran Service Fair in the Fall
15. Active participants in U.S. Vets Stand down in the Spring
16. Promote Americanism & Patriotism by picking up worn and damaged American flags for proper disposal according to the U.S. Flag Code.
17. Provide information and aid to Veterans at local Job Fairs
18. Attend weekly services on Thursday mornings at the Southern Nevada for the Veterans Memorial Cemetery for the interment of Veterans who have no family or friends.
19. Support deployed units with "care packages".
20. Volunteer at local P.B.S. Channel 10 during on-air fund raising drive and other volunteer projects when asked.
21. Sponsor local High School students in American Legion Oratorical Contests
22. Sponsor local High School students in Department of Nevada Boys State Program
